Refund Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it (electronics within 60 days of receiving your order) (clothing within 7 days of receiving your order) in its original, new, still sealed condition for a full refund. Returns must be unused, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging. Electronics must still be sealed with included protective packaging. Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method or come in the form of store credit. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping or refunds on customs or duties. Customers are responsible for paying for returned shipping.

If you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, or would like to place a return please contact us at support@gomovepro.com to initiate the process.

  • We only accept returned item(s) in their original, new, still sealed condition with original packaging or it may be rejected.
  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
  • You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
  • We are not responsible for any returned packages that are not successfully received back to our office. 
  • We do not offer refunds or store credits for orders that are returned to us due to not paying your customs fees.

Please include an exchange/return instruction message inside the package with the below-mentioned details:

   ITEM YOU WANT IN EXCHANGE 

Once we receive and process your return, GoMove will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.   

GoMove Warranty:

All electronics in our store include a 1-year warranty! If for any reason your order arrives damaged or stops working within the first year, we will replace it free of charge.

Our clothing does not come with any type of warranty at the moment.
